Leather cuoio plates

The  PLATES in  LEATHER CUOIO  produced from Conceria Nuova Toscana 2000 Srl are realized with bovine hides of 4,0 mm. in thickness and they are utilizable for Leather Cuoio Floor and Leather Cuoio Covering.
The Leather Cuoio employed for the plates is born after a processing of working executed with ability and supported with the experience acquired in many years from expert hands.
The Utilized Leather   are carefully selected from origin,  are  tanned in tannic vats and in drums with extract of vegetable tannin, in a temporal arc that exceed two months of working. 

Production:

All the Nuova Toscana Plates  are subordinate at specific  FINAL TREATMENT whether to the under side,  or  flesh  side,  or over side, or  grain  side.  The   FINISHING   of  the superior side happen with transparent protective for the natural Leather Cuoio Plates, that are the plates that maintain the Leather Natural Colour of the drum,  while are utilized dyes with water basis  for  the surface of colours Plates. Technical characteristics: Both the finishing bear the Plates for interior decorations more  RESISTANT  TO  THE  DAILY USE, and  act as protection  for eventual and accidental falling of  non-corrosive liquid  ( water  drop, coffee drop, etc etc. ) and/or other small object non-blunt on the LEATHER CUOIO FLOOR. As concerning the LEATHER CUOIO COVERING we can realize Plates in EVERY CUT and FORM utilizing the most modern techniques of DESIGN and PRINT.

Every  Nuova Toscana Plate in Leather  Cuoio for floor  and Leather Cuoio for  Covering is  UNIQUE and precious  and  eventual small imperfections  and / or variations  or  NUANCES of colour could  be present in it because it is a vegetable and natural product;  so, as is for the other natural product (wood, marble, stone…) this is not a defect, but peculiar characteristic of the Leather  Interior Decoration that differentiate  the item from the other product  realized  in   mass-production  and  it  testify the natural origin “ alive “
